Production Separator – Exterran – Houston, Texas

Maitzu provided electrical wiring and tubing services. We designed the route for the tubing with very little room to maneuver. We proudly use only American made stainless steel tubing and Swagelok tubing fittings. We provided electrical wiring with Gexol Armor; sheathed marine cable; and CMP EEXE Zone IIC, Div 2, nickel plated cable glands.

Metering Systems

Petroleum Metering Skid – Daniel Measurements and Controls, Inc. – Houston, Texas

Maitzu provided instrumentation and electrical services. This project was completed under constant supervision from Canadian inspectors to meet a rigorous Canadian Electric Code and customer requirements. Mistakes made by a third party vendor required Maitzu technicians to rewire inside the panel. Materials used include Teck 90 power cables, ACIC cables with interlocking armor, and CMP TMCX cable glands.

Liquid Turbine Metering Station – Daniel Measurements and Control, Inc. – Corpus Christi, Texas

Maitzu provided the cabling on this project. Materials used include British Standard 7917 cables and Hawke 502/453 universal cable glands.

Control Panels

Pneumatic Control Panel – PMACA USA, Inc.

Maitzu designed and installed the components in the panel in house. All materials are stainless steel and we used a 316 SS enclosure to protect the valuable components from the environment. Our technicians can provide custom designs for any environment.

Instrument Racks

Instrument Racks for a NEA Compressor – Houston, Texas

Maitzu connected all of the components to the junction boxes in house. As should be obvious, there is next to no workspace. Our technicians created the design with little direction from client for the most efficient use of space.

Cable Installation

Maitzu installed the electrical cabling for this project. We worked in the installation and integration of various cable and gland applications. Our technicians have extensive experience installing in hazardous and non-hazardous territories. We provide installation solutions for essentially every link sort utilized as a part of hazardous and industrial environments.
